The ‘Need A Tonic?’ campaign is providing free mental health posters to music venues offering access to online resources tailored for artists/crew, music fans and venue staff.

Tonic Music are delighted to announce the launch of the ‘Need A Tonic?' campaign, to provide free mental health posters to music venues and spaces hosting live music events, including nightclubs, theatres, arts centres, pubs/bars, cafés, social clubs, community centres, record stores and studios.
The campaign forms part of a wider support package for music venues, in which Tonic Music will be providing free online Peer Support Groups, along with Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid Lite course, for music venue staff.
A key supporter of the ‘Need A Tonic?’ campaign is Richer Sounds, the home entertainment retailer, who also help fund the Never Mind The Stigma programme, which provides tailored mental health support to music fans through online album clubs and music-based skills workshops.

For the campaign, Tonic Music have designed three posters to be placed in different areas: backstage posters for artists/crew, front-of-house posters for music fans, and staff area posters for the venue staff. Each poster features a QR code directing people to an online portal - named the ‘Supportal’ - offering distinct mental health resources tailored for artists/crew, music fans and venue staff.
So far, over 60 venues have joined the ‘Need A Tonic?’ campaign (which are listed below) and the posters will continue to be available for all music venues.
