Music can play an important role in how we connect with others, express ourselves and look after our mental health. Tonic Music provides online mental health support for people who work in music and for people who simply love music.

WORKING IN MUSIC

Specialist mental health support shaped around the realities of working in music. Explore professionally facilitated groups, one-to-one therapy, practical workshops, peer support and mental health training.

MUSIC FANS

Free online groups and practical workshops for people who love music. Connect with other fans, build confidence and explore ways to support your mental health through Album Club, Gig Anxiety, Festival Survival and other activities.

NEED A TONIC? - POSTER CAMPAIGN

Our ‘Need A Tonic?’ campaign provides free mental health posters offering access to online resources tailored for artists/crew and music fans. Available for any music venues and spaces hosting live music events, including nightclubs, theatres, arts centres, pubs/bars, cafés, social clubs, community centres, record stores and studios.

We provide Tonic Music Mental Health Lounges and Information Stands at gigs, festivals and events. We provide information, promote our cause, and raise funds to keep Tonic Music services free for those in need.
