Tonic Futures

Mental health support for the next generation in music.

Tonic Futures is a new online programme from Tonic Music, providing mental health support to young adults, aged 18 to 25 years working and/or studying in music.

The first phase of the programme in 2024 saw Tonic Futures engaging with over 60 young adults from an initial 3 organisations (Beacons Cymru, BIMM London and the Roundhouse), on a 12-month package of free therapeutic sessions, peer groups and preventative workshops. Read the 2024 Press Release.

Tonic Futures - Now open to all!

The Tonic Futures programme is scaling up and is now open to all 18 to 25 year olds working and/or studying in music. You can register via the link below. After registering, you will be invited to an online consultation appointment with an member of the Tonic Music team, which lasts up to 1 hour.
