The Never Mind The Stigma is a series of online album clubs, record reflection sessions and mental health workshops tailored for music fans - supported by Richer Sounds.

An online groups consisting of six, weekly 90-minute sessions based upon the concept of a book club, but with a focus on albums and mental health. Participants will be asked to listen to and reflect upon chosen albums before a session, for the purposes of discussing in relation to mental health. Each Album Club is open for up to 12 participants and focuses on a particular genre.

These sessions are an open group for up to 20 participants, who will be able to attend as many sessions as they would like across 12 weeks. Each participant will be asked to select a song to talk about within the upcoming session in relation to their mental health. Before the sessions, the list of chosen songs will be shared with all participants, to provide an opportunity for everyone to listen should they wish.

A series of online mental health workshops will be provided focusing on different music and mental health topics of Festival Survival, Music For Mental Health and Gig Anxiety.
