Tonic Music will be providing a mental health stand across three consecutive nights at the Cliffs Pavilion (Southend) for Mental Health Awareness Week.
We are delighted to be invited by the Cliffs Pavilion, to provide a mental health stand for those attending and working at three shows, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. Once again, the Tonic Music team will be offering information, advice and support to the Southend music community.
The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Movement: moving for our mental health’. All of us at Tonic Music would agree there are no better ways of moving for improving mental health than going to a gig.
“The team here at Southend Theatre are launching our Wellbeing at Work initiative during Mental Health Awareness Week with a series of great events to support our team throughout the year. We’re delighted that as part of the launch, we are partnering with Tonic Music so that our customers, performers and staff can benefit from their excellent work in our industry.”
Nick Parr, Theatre Director, Southend Theatres

“It is great to be providing mental health support to the Southend music community again, especially to mark Mental Health Awareness Week. A big thank you goes to the Cliffs Pavilion team for the invite. Awareness of mental health should be 52 weeks of the year, and this is why we support music communities, both front-of-house and backstage, at gigs and festivals across the UK.”
