Tonic Rider are providing a webinar for the Featured Artists Coalition (FAC) on ‘Mental Wellness for Artists’.
On Wednesday 21st February (6:00pm), Dr Adam Ficek (Musician / Psychotherapist) and Jeordie Shenton (Tonic Rider Coordinator) will be providing a webinar for FAC members on ‘Mental Wellness for Artists’. They will be discussing peer support among musicians, why it is important and how it can be used.
Alongside this, Adam will also be highlighting the concept of ‘musicking’ and Jeordie will be sharing information about the Tonic Rider programme and resources.
