Second Peer Support Group for grassroot music venues

Tonic Rider are providing a new online Peer Support Group for grassroots music venue staff, in partnership with Music Venue Trust and Music Minds Matter.

Starting Tuesday 25th February, Tonic Music in partnership with Music Venue Trust and Music Minds Matter, will be providing another online six-week Peer Support Group exclusively for operators staff working at grassroots music venues.

The Peer Support Group aims to support grassroots music venues by offering an open space for operators and personnel to share their experiences. Dr Adam Ficek will be facilitating the group.

Music Venue Trust is proud to be collaborating for a second year with Tonic Music and Music Minds Matter to continue the Peer Support Group for grassroots music venue operators and staff.

MVT sees first-hand through our frontline service, the Emergency Response Service, the impact that working in such a challenging environment can take on venue operators’ mental health.

Making these safe, supported spaces available to individuals in our sector in order to speak, listen and share with peers has proven an incredibly valuable and impactful resource.

Start Date: Tuesday 25th February 2025 (Six-week Group)

Time: 1:00 - 2:30pm (Online)
