Tonic Music are providing a six-week series of online wellbeing sessions for people in Portsmouth and the surrounding areas to learn new skills around mental health.
Join us for six weeks of online wellbeing sessions, running every Thursday (7:00-8:00pm) for six weeks, starting on 4th April.
Applications are now closed for these sessions.
Each week will focus on a different topic, including some sessions with guest speakers, providing a 40-minute presentation about their specialist topic and 20-minute Q+A.
