Tonic Rider provides bespoke mental health training and support to music industry professionals based in the UK. As part of this programme, we offer a series of online Peer Support Groups with the support of Help Musicians. Groups are delivered as weekly 90 minute sessions over six weeks exclusively for music industry professionals.
Up to 12 participants attend each group which is facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist/counsellor with experience of working in the music industry. Sessions are online within a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive space for participants to share experiences and gain the benefits of understanding, validation and support.
