Tailored Workshops

Our workshops are led by facilitators with experience in mental health and music, each using a non-clinical approach to equip working musicians and music industry professionals with the skills to support themselves, their colleagues and the wider music community.

A workshop teaching participants the principles of Acceptance Commitment Therapy, including perspectives on how we perceive and respond to our internal world.
A workshop teaching participants practical ways to build and develop emotional resilience, including techniques to develop greater emotional awareness.
A workshop teaching participants how to identify and manage the effects of anxieties related to performing live at a show, rehearsal or audition.
A series of individual workshops teaching participants about a range of topics, including: food and mood, sleep, and preparation for going on tour.
A workshop teaching participants about common mental health difficulties, with guidance on how to support someone who may be struggling.
A workshop teaching participants about substance use, harm reduction and the pressures contributing to substance-related problems in the music industry.
